We buy ugly houses — Richmond, VA

Last updated: September 24, 2026

What affects the price

When we look at your property, we focus on the condition, current market trends in your specific neighborhood, and the costs required to get the home ready for its next chapter. Factors like structural health, updates to systems like plumbing or electrical, and the overall aesthetic appeal play a big role in how we determine an offer. We don't use a cookie-cutter approach; we evaluate your situation individually to ensure you get a fair assessment. Exact pricing confirmed free on the call.

About this service

This service is specifically for homes that need significant repairs, updates, or cosmetic work that would make them difficult to sell on the open market.
